State Highway Naming
This section tracks the progress of the effort to rename all state highways in Rhode Island with the designation RI-XXX. The goal is to have all numbered routes in the state use this designation to allow for route shields to appear on the Waze app.
If you would like to contribute to this effort, please add your notes and name to the route that you are verifying and change the row's background color to gray once the route has been verified.
Please refer to this map to determine which roads cover which routes. Also check out the RI Route Naming Rules to ensure correct usage of RI-XXX in primary and alternate names.

Functional Classifications
This section tracks the progress of validating RI's Functional Classification of roads (as discussed here) against the new RIDOT 2015 Functional Classification definitions. If you would like to contribute to this effort, add your name to the list of Editors for the town you're validating and update the progress and notes based on what is still left to be done.
