"...open a ticket from the Support page, Quick Help box. Use the Email link and fill out the form and submit." There is no Email link in the Quick Help box on the Support page. Perhaps this text should be rewrote.

Could it be that those pages don't exict any more and are replaced by the nanoRep "Ask a question?"
