Colorado has Lock Standards for all places. All places MUST be locked to level 4 (or the highest level you are able to lock it to) so that we can personally see almost each and every place update. Contact Bgodette with concerns related to places.
Colorado follows all other USA standard for Places. Do not deviate from the guidelines without first obtaining consensus via the state forum.
