Reverse diamond is missing

I just thought I'd discuss a missing interchange, the reverse diamond, or common name as diverging diamond. I have a good example in KC off 435 and Front Street [1]. Even Joplin has one and they are building one right now SW of Olathe for the BNSF intermodal.

But one thing though in the complex urban interchange is for divided streets/highways that use them too. Is the lack of mention of it merely because of the excessive complexity to save time here? Thanks!
