Cutting segments to add speed limits

  • Enter the correct speed limit for each separate segment.
  • Try to cut the segment as close to actual point of speed limit-change.
  • When speed limit changes close to an existing junction node, it might be better not to cut.
    Keep in mind that segments should be at least 20m long.
    In some cases this length might even be longer, try to take the intent behind the placment of road signs in to account.
  • Street names have to remain unchanged to allow for correct guidance.
