The Waze application has a number of special codes that will change the operation of the application in different ways. The table below shows the currently known codes and what function they perform. Some of these codes appear inside the application, but are unknown what exactly they do. These codes are listed as non recommended, so please do not use them unless directed by Waze Support representative or a Waze Champ in the forums.
To enter a code, open the Main menu from the Waze application. Choose Navigate and enter the code below into the search box for the destination. Some functions require the application to be restarted, others are immediate.

cc@tts | Clears TTS cache | When the text-to-speech feature is not working properly, it may be necessary to clear the TTS cache in the app and force it to be downloaded from the server forcing the latest version to be loaded and possibly fixing any strange behavior. |
dbg@tts | enables/disables TTS debug | |
##@tts | enables/disables TTS | Turns on or off the text-to-speech feature. Also available under Main menu >> Settings >> Sound. |
##@asr | enables/disables ASR | Turns on or off the voice activated commands feature (Automatic Speech Recognition) if present in your phone. |

##@eng | Set English | Sets the language to English |
##@heb | Set Hebrew | Sets the language to Hebrew |
##@restorefav | Restore favorites | Downloads favorites from server |
##@coord | Show/hide coordinates | Show/hide your GPS coordinates |
##@debuglang | Translation check | Translated strings replaced with [OK] |
##@rawgps | enables/disables actual GPS position | Additional icon with actual position/stuck to road position |
