Usage
Using this template will perform 4 actions:
Place a small Wazeopedia icon on the top right of the page, alongside the page title, which links to the welcome thread from Wonderlerm introducing the Wazeopedia project.
Add a hatnote to the top of the page marking it as a global page with the same link.
