Private Rds vs PLRs
If a neighborhood has a security gate, or a private entrance, map it with a Private Road segment. Apartment complex driveways, parking lots and everything else gets a Parking Lot Road.

Walking Trails / Pedestrian Boardwalks
Do NOT map these without consulting with the State Manager first. Any trails you find need to be disconnected from the road system.
Ferrys
Massachusetts has scheduled ferry service on Cape Cod. Please consult with the State Manager before making changes to the ferry system.
