Waze supports entering latitude and longitude coordinates for navigation.

In the Navigate search box, enter the numeric values of the latitude and longitude separated by a comma.

Longitudes East are positive and West are negative, and latitudes North are positive and South are negative.

For example, in the United States, Disney's Epcot Center in Orland, Florida, is located at these coordinates: "28.375144,-81.549033"

iPhone and Android Phone interface.

The website Live Map also accepts coordinates, but it currently requires them in reverse order meaning longitude then latitude in the Search box.
