The speedlimits in the Philippines are stated in REPUBLIC ACT No. 4136 Chapter IV Article 1 (Section 35) Restriction as to speed. They are as follows:
Maximum allowed speed in KPH | Cars and Motorcycles | Trucks and Buses |

Expressways | 100 | 80 |
Major Highways | 80 | 60 |

Primary Roads, On/Off Ramps | 40 | 40 |
