Berichtdefinitie (Closures)

===Real Time Closures===
Real Time Closures (RTC) worden gebruikt wanneer een weg tijdelijk afgesloten is. Geplaatste closures / afsluitingen zijn direct actief. Vanaf het moment dat een closure actief is, worden er geen routes meer over de afgesloten segmenten gegeven. Actieve closures worden in de [[Waze app|app]] en op de [[Live map]] aangegeven met candy stripes (rood-witte strepen) op de afgesloten segmenten. 
 
Het script [[WME Closure Details]] kan gebruikt worden om Closure details weer te geven, ook bij afsluitingen buiten je [[Editable area|bewerkbare gebied]]. Het script [[WME Advanced Closures]] is handig bij periodieke en geimporteerde closures.

[[File:App-closure.png|left|200px]] [[Waze app|App]] gebruikers kunnen, wanneer ze die tijdens hun rit tegenkomen, in de app aangeven. Betrouwbare rapportages worden direct actief als RTC en automatisch gedeeld, via de [[Waze Closures Bot|closures bot]] met de editors in het Slack-kanaal: [https://wazebenelux.slack.com/messages/C04CBAYGB #closures-nederland]. 
 
De datum waarop een App closure is ingegeven wordt als startdatum van de afsluiting gebruikt. App closures zijn bijna altijd 1-richtingsverkeer afsluitingen. Voor het wijzigen van de einddatum van een App closure: verwijder de App closure en voeg een nieuwe toe. 
 
Closures kunnen ingevoerd worden - wanneer de Afsluitingen [[Waze_Map_Editor#Layers_menu|kaartlaag]] is geactiveerd - door editors met [[Editor level|Level 3]] en hoger en door leden van het Closure team.
 
Aanvragen voor afsluitingen die binnen een of twee dagen ingaan zijn welkom in het Slack closure kanaal. Closures die later ingaan kunnen het beste via het [[Forum|forum]]: [http://bit.ly/NLforum_closures Dutch forum closures] aangevraagd worden.

* Reden van de afsluiting / omschrijving
* Een [[PL|permalink]] van het af te sluiten segment

Voor het definieren van speciale evenementen for bij elkaar horende afsluitingen: Zie de [[Major Traffic Events]] pagina. 
 
CCP-partner [[Wegstatus.nl|Wegstatus]] verzamelt closure informatie van diverse Nederlandse organisaties. Deze informatie wordt gebruikt voor geplande en real-time closures in Waze. 
In sommige gebieden managen Veiligheids Regio's RTC's. 
 
Afsluitingen van snelweg op- en afritten moeten, bij voorkeur via [[Wegstatus.nl|Wegstatus]], handmatig geplaatst worden. Kortdurende op- en afritafsluitingen zoals bij snoei- en kapwerkzaamheden en het reinigen van kolken en putten worden niet verwerkt in [[Wegstatus.nl|Wegstatus]].

Real Time Closures

Real Time Closures (RTC) should be used when a road is temporarily unavailable. Users are notified of the closures in real-time, from the moment the closure is added routing through these segments is prevented. Active closures are made visible in the app and Live map with alerts and candy stripes on the closed segments.

Duration of an closure is maximum 6 months. It is possible to add an additional closure for another period following on a previous closure.

The script WME Closure Details can be used to view Closure details on closures outside the editable area. The script WME Advanced Closures handles recurrent and imported closures in the Waze Map Editor.

Users in the Waze app can mark an unexpected road closure they see while driving. Reliable requests become immediately active on the Waze map as a RTC and automatically shared, via the closures bot with editors in the Slack-channel: #closures-nederland.

The date an App closure is entered is used as startdate of the closure. App closures are almost always one-way closures.
To change the end date of an App closure: delete the App closure and create of a new one.

Closures can be set by editors with Level 3 and above and by the members of the Closure team.
Requests for closures within one or two days are welcome in the Slack closure channels, others can be requested on our forum: Dutch forum closures

City and optionally Street name
Starting date and time / End date and time
Closure reason / description
A permalink of the segment to close
Source of the closure information

CCP-partner Wegstatus collects information from authorities in the Netherlands. This information can be used to define planned and real time road closures in Waze.
In some areas Security Regions manage RTC's.

Closures of motorway entrances and exits must be placed manually, preferably via Wegstatus. Short-term access and exit closures, such as during pruning and felling work and the cleaning of gullies and wells, are not processed in Wegstatus.
