Turn Restrictions
Turn Restrictions (TR's) are described on the Junction Arrows page.
Restricted Turn Indicated with a red arrow. Prohibits routing from one segment to another through that junction.
Enabled Turn Indicated with a green arrow. Permits routing from one segment to another through that junction.

Turn Instruction Overrides (TIO) is a feature in the WME which allows editors to manually set a turn arrow to give a non-default text and verbal instruction to the driver making that turn through a junction.
