Routing penalties for road types Off-road and Parking Lot Road and als the checked segment attribute Unpaved will each results in a penalty of approximately one hour. The penalty for Private road is probably two hours. The penalties for Parking Lot Road and Private road are applied when transfering to another road type, not when entering.
