Dirt roads
In many Nebraska counties, dirt roads may be functionally classified as primary routes. Also, in some cases, dirt roads may be the only option for navigation. Therefore, it is important that Waze treats these roads appropriately. Due to the fact that dirt roads have reduced visibility in the Waze client and receive a routing penalty, we do not use the dirt road segment type in Nebraska.
