Places should be locked to prevent erroneous changes or automatic acceptance of Place Update Request submissions from ''trusted users'' without careful examination.

If your rank does not allow you to lock a place at the above standard, please lock it as high as you can and ask an editor with sufficient rank to lock it to the standard.

Locking Standard

Once you have correctly filled in as as much information as is available, Places should be locked to a minimum level of Rank 2.

These areas below are more sensitive + important to Wazers and should be locked to at least Rank 4, reach out to a senior editor if needed for assistance in locking new places:

  • Gas station
  • Hospital / Urgent Care
  • Police Station
  • Fire Department
  • Airport
  • Park
