General	Nacron	06/07/10	Assigned	Converting city from Makakilo City to Kapolei in most areas south of the H1 Fwy. Added a number of POI including Kapolei Commons and a lot of the businesses in the area. Closed and locked the portion of Farrington Hwy between Kapolei and Waianae that is currently gated from general traffic.
