To send log files, open the Menu and choose Settings >> Help >> Send Logs

After sending the logs, please email us (to support@waze.com) with the date and time when the logs were sent.

After sending the logs, please email us (to support@waze.com) with the date and time when the logs were sent. We will check the cause of the crash and fix it as soon as possible.
