Locked segments and segments with closures
- Some segments are locked at a higher level. These locks are in place to protect the map (for routing and special situations).
- Segments with closures can’t be edited, so it is impossible to add a Speed Limits while the lock is in place. Editors with closure permissions have a procedure to add Speeds anyway.
Because it takes less effort to do the edit without having to unlock or remove a closure, it is better to simply request for the change.
