== Coordinator ==
Language Coordinators are primarily responsible for handling team join requests for a particular language, and managing who’s involved in that language.
They are the most trusted members of the community and are in constant contact with staff. They can also answer basic questions from the community and help onboard new translators.
== Reviewer ==
Reviewers can both translate and mark a translation as reviewed. Their job is to make sure translations meet certain quality and consistency standards.
The Coordinator recruits new Reviewers from the Translators in their community who actively reach out to ask questions and submit lots of good translations.
== Translator ==
Translators have basic permissions and can only submit translations. It’s best to start off any new Localization Community member in a translator role.
The Coordinator can always promote them to another role once they have demonstrated more experience.
