it is not priority, improving geographical boundaries of cities, so the City / Town field should remain as it currently is. When adding new streets, only if these 100% sure that city is, put it. Roads, fields, rural roads, leave it as NO CITY. The same rule should be used in inter-State roads (Troncal) in its entirety.
