This is a roundabout which is both normal and abnormal depending on the perspective. Approaching from 'segment 1', both adjoining segments are within the 15° allowance from 0° or 90° making it NORMAL. 'segment 3' is 13° to the left, and 'segment 2' is 100° to the right.
