Pending change to multiple RCs
Waiting on feedback from forum on the need for 2 RCs per region and how to handle. Pages affected include:
- Template:RC/CommonRegion: drives each region page automatically except Southeast. Need to display both RCs or only 1 RC.
- Template:StateForum/List: add second RC to list
- Template:StateForum: add regional-coordinator1 and regional-coordinator2
- Template:RC/Editor: add second coordinator
- Regional Coordinator/USA: add second coordinator
Members update
Remove USA and put at top of table; add state list.

Move territories back
It appears we will likely need to move the Territories page back to its original name and also update the {{StateForum/List}}.
