New Housing Development
- Roads in a new developed neighborhood can be mapped when they are drivable. They may be still unpaved. Don't map new developments that are only in the planning stage.
- As long as the new roads and houses are being developed, routing through should be prevented. The checking of the unpaved attribute may be enough, perhaps you have to choose for the 4x4 roadtype to prevent navigation through.
