- Roads in a new developed neighborhood can be mapped when they are drivable. They may be still unpaved. Don't map new roads that are only in the planning stage.
- As long as the new roads and houses are being developed, routing through should be prevented. Better choose for the 4x4 roadtype to prevent navigation through, the checking of the unpaved attribute may not be enough.
- While the construction is going on several times changes will have to be applied: perhaps closures set, road type or attributes changed. Map comments can be used to document these fases.
