Otherwise, the team members support the CM wherever they need help (this is completely relaxed, we all do it privately) and of course all users. The CM don't act like bosses here, it's all about coordination and a bit of mentoring.

We have also set up a group account - you may have already discovered Team Austria on the client while you were on the road - we also use it in the forums so that you can tell at first glance whether a post is from a single team Member comes or the content is agreed in the group.

Team Austria does not see itself as an "elite" and we are not a secret society that no one else can join. There are actually only two conditions and they are:

* active (and proper - which should actually be a matter of course) appearance in the forum and
*Editieren nach den Regeln.
* Editing according to the rules.

We have a lot of open work and can always need other users who prove themselves and want to make part of their Waze time available to the CM.

For users with CM rights, however, "membership" at Team Austria is mandatory - this is part of the job description - otherwise the CM rights can no longer be exercised.

Team Austria is a group of Austrian wazers, consisting of the country managers and some users who have set themselves the goal of establishing an active community in Austria.

  • active (and proper - which should actually be a matter of course) appearance in the forum and
  • Editing according to the rules.

We have a lot of open work and can always need other users who prove themselves and want to make part of their Waze time available to the CM.

For users with CM rights, however, "membership" at Team Austria is mandatory - this is part of the job description - otherwise the CM rights can no longer be exercised.
